Well first off, the dorks at Quicken Inc haven't even updated the planner to reflect the new updated Required Minimum Distribution for retirement accounts. For now, at least.īut, I use the Tax Planner and muddle through Quicken's shitty Lifetime Planner, so I'm OK paying for the subscription. So far, the subscription data file is compatible with Q20. If I ever decide to NOT renew my subscription, then I'll reinstall my Quicken 2017 version, update using the available Mondo patch to the next to last update and just use that.
I guess they feel if they cripple the screen space enough and nag the hell out of you to renew your subscription, you'll eventually cave and do it.Ģ017 is the last version without the crippled screen space and nag screen. The nag screen is still there.and apparently Quicken Inc has no intention of removing it.
